About Me

Hi, I’m Cindy Wodzinski, Licensed Real Estate Referral Advisor.

I grew up in the NW Suburbs of Chicago. I’m a wife, a mom, and a dog mom to Teddy—the little fluff who keeps our house happy.  You’ll usually find me with coffee in hand, hunting for the best-smelling candles, and loving all things home. I’ve also spent time in Central Florida, which showed me how different every market, 

and every move, can be.

I started out as a traditional agent, helping buyers and sellers through their moves—and I loved it. What I loved most was listening and really getting to know the person behind the move. Along the way I learned that many moves need a specialist—luxury marketing, 1031/investors, land & farm, relocation, new construction. Instead of trying to be good at everything, I chose to be great at connecting buyers and sellers with the professional who does that every day. Word got around. Friends and family kept asking, “Do you know a great agent for…?” Then I’d see those Facebook threads with hundreds of replies and still no clear answer. That’s when I leaned into referral advising—we make a simple plan together, I match you with the right agent and lender, 

and I stay involved from hello to closing.

• Ongoing support: I stay involved from hello to closing as your extra set of eyes and ears. I'll be your support system/mediator alongside your agent and lender (phone, email, or text—whatever you prefer).
